Why choose us? Well, we’ve walked the walk. For years we dreamed about owning our own vacation rental properties. We loved visiting new places, enjoying diverse cultures and creating lifelong memories for our family. A few years ago we took the plunge with our first cabin in the Smokies and soon after that another property in Branson. Our rentals were designed so well and bringing in so many guests soon our neighbors started asking us for help. And so begin our adventure in the property management and optimization business. Our neighbors possessed the same desires as we did; a place to enjoy, a way to build generational wealth and a profitable foot in the ever lucrative real estate market. However, they also didn’t want to do all the work and that’s where I come in. I’ve been an elementary teacher for 12 years and I know the importance of quality communication, organization, service and focus. To ensure my guests and property owners have the very best, I’ve moved into property management full time.
